How to Make a Reservation
You can reserve your tour via email or phone or directly at our website. In order to be valid your reservation has to be confirmed by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL.

Payment
Full payment of your tour is due prior your ride.
We accept bank + paypal transfers and cash payment. The transaction costs of any transfer should be neutral for ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes or Cancellations are possible up to 24hs before the ride. Less than 24hs before the ride no changes are possible and the full amount must be paid.

Changes and Cancellations by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL
Due to weather or other conditions any changes of itineraries our tour dates can be made by ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL in the interest of the safety or the successful completion of the tour. In case of change of the tour dates we will provide new dates. These changes are not refundable and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL is not responsible for any expenses that you may have such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, loss of enjoyment, etc.  . The same occurs if you choose not to participate in any part of the program.

Travelers Who Need Special Assistance on Tours
If you need special attention you need to inform us at the time of your reservation. We try to accommodate special needs, but are not responsible for any denial of services by other independent suppliers. If you need special assistance a qualified companion must accompany you and must assume full responsibility for your well being.


Young Travelers
Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility throughout the duration of the tour.

Prices
Prices are per person. Prices are subject to increase without notice.
Prices do include what is stated in each tour description, they do not include any other cost ie: transfer, passport and visas; vaccinations, baggage charges; airport and port taxes; laundry; telephone; items of a personal nature; food, beverages, wine or liquor, unless indicated; items not included on regular menus; additional sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; gratuities; and personal health, accident, baggage or travel protection plans and insurances.



Visas & Passports
You are responsible for all visas and entry documents, for health and other requirements, and for any documents you may need. ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport and health information.You should always carry your passport with you.


Safety
Please be aware that horseback riding is not without dangers and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL does not accept any responsibility in this respect. We will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care. Anyway we will use our best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken. In case of medical problem arising during the trip, which results in costs for evacuation, flights or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs to you. You must be covered by travel insurance policy that includes emergency evacuation and repatriation. In case of no such insurance the responsibility is still yours.


Conduct
We ask you to striktly follow the instructions of our tour guide and reserve the right to reject or remove any participant whose conduct is incompatible with the common interest. In that case we will neither refund nor cover any cost you may occur.


Diets
Please advise us of any specific diet you want or need to take care of.


Responsibility
Any other services provided by independent contractors are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL and we do not take any responsibility therefore.
ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL is also not responsable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any other person.
Any dispute between you and ARGENTINA POLO ACADEMY/ANDALUCIA.COOL must be resolved under Spanish law before the Courts in the City Jerez de la Frontera and  must be commenced within one year after tour completion. We are not liable for any punitive damages, nor for any other than compensatory damages.
